Patricia Ortiz

Patricia Ortiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, quality assurance, and localization. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations Risk & Research at Dow Jones since March 2022, Ortiz previously held the position of Head of Quality, Localization at Amazon, where oversight included global operations for linguistic services across over 40 language combinations. During a notable tenure at Dow Jones from 2013 to 2019, Ortiz progressed through various roles, including Manager of Automation & Reporting, Acting Director of VentureSource Data, and Research Manager. Additional experience includes managing terminology and translation projects at Centre de Terminologia TERMCAT and Accent Obert, as well as serving as an Executive Legal Secretary at Clifford Chance LLP.
