Ann Verly

Ann Verly is an experienced professional in quality management and product development within the healthcare and chemical sectors. Currently serving as the Quality and EHS Manager at Dow since April 2022, Ann has previously held key positions including R&D Manager for Healthcare at Drylock Technologies and New Products Leader at Ashland, where responsibilities included redefining product specifications and managing cross-departmental collaboration for new product introductions. Ann's tenure at Ashland also featured roles as Quality Team Leader and Production Engineer, alongside foundational experience as a Production Planner and Process Engineer at Total Petrochemicals and as a Research and Development Engineer at Danone. Ann holds a Master's degree in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven and a thesis from Mines Paris - PSL focusing on the release profile of superabsorbent polymers.
