Beth Wendling

Beth Wendling is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as IT Director for M365 Services and Site IT Relationship Management at Dow since June 2010. In this role, Beth leads the deployment of M365 services, including M365 Copilot, and oversees the IT Relationship Management team to enhance technology adoption among end users. Previous positions at Dow include IT EXS Client Interface Services Director & Employee Experience Leader, where responsibility included transforming employee experiences related to technology, and Procurement Services Director, overseeing marketing and the transition of Procurement to a service-oriented mindset. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in procurement and IT at Dow Chemical and project management at Ford Motor Company. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Systems from Ferris State University.
