Catherine Costin

Catherine Costin is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the EMEAI & LAA Maintenance and Engineering Regional Director and EMEAI EHS&S Director at Dow since August 2010. In this role, Catherine leads Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Previous positions at Dow include Site Director and Vice President of Dow Canada, Hydrocarbons Cracker Production Director, and Performance Monomers Production Leader. Catherine also held the role of European Change Management Leader, focusing on the integration of production sites within Europe. Prior to Dow, experiences include Operations Leader and Production Coordinator at Dow AgroSciences and various engineering roles at The Dow Chemical Company and BASF. Catherine earned a degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) between 1993 and 1998.
