Diogo Valente

Diogo Valente is a seasoned chemical engineer with a robust background in process engineering and safety. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Dow since September 2021, Diogo previously worked as a Process Safety Engineer at Siemens from January 2014 to May 2021, specializing in process safety for refinery and chemical industries. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Chemtech from January 2008 to December 2013, focusing on process design and simulation for refineries. Diogo began a career in process control optimization as an intern, aimed at enhancing petrochemical production. Diogo holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná, obtained in 2008.
