Lisa Bryant serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Dow. She is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and practices to support the company’s global workforce, which includes talent, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee experience.
Bryant has over 20 years of experience with Dow, joining through the Union Carbide Corporation (UCC) in 1999 as Site HR Liaison for the Taft Plant located in Taft, Louisiana. Bryant has held several site and functional HR partner roles and HR Director roles for businesses, functions and geographies including Electronic Materials, Consumer Care, Coatings, Finance, Public Affairs, Governments and Marketing and Sales. In these roles, she was responsible for strategic talent management, leadership development, inclusion & diversity, employee engagement and culture across these functional teams.
Bryant is on the board of directors for the Dow Credit Union, which is committed to be their members' lifelong financial partner by building trusted relationships. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
