Nikia Brown

Nikia Brown, CSCP, has held various roles at Dow since February 2012, currently serving as Global Improvement Manager and Logistics Manager. In this capacity, Nikia leads a cross-functional team to implement a cloud-based maritime operations system, manages a multi-generational project with a budget of approximately $1.5 million, and collaborates with stakeholders to optimize logistics operations. Prior positions at Dow included Hydrocarbons Improvement Specialist, where Nikia managed a $500 million annual cost project, and Improvement Engineer, achieving notable reductions in off-grade product accumulation. Educationally, Nikia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Supply Chain from Michigan State University. This combination of experience and education has equipped Nikia with a strong foundation in supply chain management, operational improvements, and strategic project implementation.
