Paul Foley

Paul Foley is a retired Senior Research Scientist who spent over two decades at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on developing new cross-linking chemistry, biocide formulations, and discovering novel materials. Prior to this role, Paul served as an R&D Manager at Celanese and Union Carbide, overseeing various research and development projects in catalysis, ceramic fibers, and product innovation. Paul earned a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Inorganic Chemistry from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
