Rachel Evans

Rachel Evans is a global technical and people leader in the Chemical Industry, currently serving as the Product Quality Director at Dow. With a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and a Chartered Chemist (CChem) designation, Rachel has held various roles including Business Analytical Leader at The Dow Chemical Company and Quality and Logistics Manager at Dow Corning. Rachel has been involved in managing quality control laboratories, developing analytical strategies, and promoting continuous improvement using six sigma methodology. Currently, Rachel is also enrolled in the Female Leadership Programme at INSEAD while maintaining membership with the Royal Society of Chemistry.
