Satoshi Arakawa

Satoshi Arakawa is currently the Manager and Lead Counsel in IP Law at Dow Chemical. They previously served as Deputy General Manager in the IP Department at Nidec Corporation from 2019 to 2022 and held the position of Manager and Patent Counsel in Global Patent Operation Japan at GE from 2006 to 2019. Satoshi began their career as a Patent Attorney in the Foreign Patent Department at Creo Law & IP LPC from 2002 to 2006 and worked as an Engineer in Citygas Pipeline Network Planning & Improvement at Keiyo Gas Co., Ltd. from 1994 to 2001. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Chemistry from 東京理科大学 and a Bachelor of Laws from 日本大学.
