Steven Hughes has extensive experience in the supply chain and planning sectors, currently serving as the Global Planning Leader at The Dow Chemical Company since April 2008. In this role, Steven leads and facilitates the Dow Oil & Gas Sales and Operations (S&OP) process, with a focus on effective execution of demand and supply processes. Prior to this position, Steven worked in supply chain at Celanese from 2000 to 2003. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1989 and 1993.
