Wendy Lehner

Wendy Lehner is an HR Technology Lead in Workforce Administration at Dow, where they are transforming the employee experience through the Workday HCM platform. With over 30 years of experience in IT, Wendy previously worked at Dow Corning, focusing on various SAP modules and holding multiple roles, including Sales & Marketing Senior Business Process Engineer. Prior to that, they gained experience at Dow Chemical as an HRIS Analyst and at Andersen Consulting as an HR Planning & Control Specialist. Wendy holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
