Xiaodong Z.

Xiaodong Z. has extensive experience in research and development within the chemical and consumer goods industries. From June 2019 to January 2023, Xiaodong Z. served as Senior Global TS&D Director and Senior Director of Home & Personal Care R&D/TS&D at Dow, overseeing a large global organization across Midland, Terneuzen, and Shanghai while supporting technology delivery in both organic and inorganic synthesis. Prior to Dow, Xiaodong Z. was a Lead Scientist at Unilever from January 2000 to April 2003, managing a team to advance skin care product development. Xiaodong Z. began a career at 3M as a Senior Engineer from January 1998 to January 2000, focusing on innovative dental restorative products. Academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
