Ivan Konstantinov

Ivan Konstantinov has a strong background in software development and management. Ivan recently joined doWhile as a Senior Software Developer in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Immersmed LLC as a Senior Lead Software Engineer from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for architecture, design, and development of a new Health Information System (HIS) and integration with third-party systems.

Before Immersmed LLC, Ivan worked at Russian Export Center from 2018 to 2020 as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development expert. Their responsibilities included frontend and backend development, legacy code refactoring, and external systems integration. Ivan also developed and launched an integration bus connecting all external systems with CRM.

From 2012 to 2018, Ivan worked at MindBox, LLC as a Backend Developer, Team Lead, Product Owner (certified), and Scrum Master (certified). Ivan was involved in various projects, including the development of an inner billing system, team management, and product feature design.

Prior to MindBox, Ivan served as the Chief Technical Officer at Интерком, ООО from 2005 to 2012. Ivan started their career as a Junior Programmer at Mindfor in 2011.

Ivan Konstantinov completed their Specialist degree in Software and Management of Information Systems at Tyumen State University from 2005 to 2010. Ivan became a Certified LeSS Practitioner in June 2017, an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation in March 2014, and an ICAgile Certified Professional ICP in December 2013. Ivan also received a certification as a Product Owner in action from ScrumTrek in June 2015.
