Mathew Trogner

Mathew Trogner is a skilled photographer and creative professional with extensive experience in visual storytelling across multiple domains. Currently serving as a Contributing Photographer for Down East Magazine since 2023, Trogner captures the essence of Maine through imagery that reflects its diverse landscapes and communities. As the owner of Searching the Shadows Photography since 2019, Trogner creates story-driven photography for various brands and publications. Previously, Trogner held multiple roles at Allagash Brewing Company from 2012 to 2025, including Senior Creative Manager, where leadership in innovative marketing campaigns and creative direction was paramount. With a background in audio engineering and video editing, Trogner's expertise also encompasses multimedia production, reinforced by an educational foundation in Recording Arts from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Vermont.
