Vic Valdez is an experienced marketing professional, currently serving as the Marketing Manager for the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin since June 2022, where the organization supports over 5,500 individuals and families annually across its eight chapters. As the owner of 2BD2 LLC, which manufactures Rain Wedge, since 2005, Vic has developed marketing programs aimed at various distribution channels and managed all marketing communications. Additionally, Vic held the title of Marketing and Communications Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin from November 2019 to October 2022. Vic Valdez holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Marketing from Northern Illinois University, completed between 1978 and 1981.

The mission of the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW) is to provide support to Wisconsin families and individuals with Down syndrome through awareness, education, information, programs, services, and the exchange of ideas and experiences. The vision of the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW) is that we all understand the value of those with Down syndrome in our lives and our communities. We continually strive toward full acceptance, full access, full potential, and a full life to make Wisconsin the best supported state for people with Down syndrome and their loved ones.
