Cara Scinto is a Memory Care Director at Maplewood Senior Living, an Online Health and Wellness Coach at The Balanced Bod, a Faculty member at Boston University, a College Ambassador at Zumba, a Group Exercise Instructor at Studio U Boston, a Group Exercise Instructor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, a Pilates Instructor at Down Under Yoga, and a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Event Planner at the YMCA of Greater Boston. Cara has also worked as a Balanced Bites on Xhibition Kitchen at Northeastern University and as a Group Fitness Instructor at Syracuse University. Cara holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences.
