Hannah Adams is an experienced yoga teacher and instructor with a diverse background in teaching various styles of yoga, Pilates, and wellness practices. Since July 2016, Hannah has been teaching at the Down Under School of Yoga and The Active Workplace, LLC, focusing on fitness yoga for office employees and a range of classes at Milton Yoga. As the founder of Hannah Adams Yoga, established in March 2015, Hannah offers domestic and international retreats, private and corporate yoga sessions, nutrition consultations, and Reiki training. Previous teaching experiences include yoga instruction at Yoga Room Cusco, Healing House Cusco, and Inbound School of Yoga, along with hands-on therapies in Ayurveda Massage and Reiki. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Temple University and continues to pursue further education in yoga.
