Rachel Hatton

Rachel Hatton CSM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of defence, intelligence, and capability development. Currently serving as General Manager for Technical Advisory & Capability at Downer Professional Services since September 2022, Rachel has held various leadership roles including General Manager - Mission Engineering and Director of Air, Space & Joint. Prior experience includes serving as Director of National Security at Kiah Consulting, where Rachel developed strategies for capability development and risk management within Australia's Defence sector. Rachel's earlier roles at Cubic Corporation and the Royal Australian Air Force involved training, intelligence analysis, and participating in high-stakes military operations. Rachel holds an MBA from RMIT University, two Diplomas from the Australian Defence Force, and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
