Crystal Jones

Crystal Jones has extensive experience in recruitment and customer service roles, with a focus on the Resources and Mining sector. Starting as an Administrative Assistant at Dechamp in 2016, Crystal progressed to various recruitment positions at Hays from December 2021 to June 2022, ultimately serving as Principal Recruitment Partner. Currently, Crystal is a Recruitment & Sourcing Business Partner at Downer, beginning in April 2025. Previous experience includes working as a Grocery Cashier at Coles and supervising at Event Cinemas, where responsibilities included sales, food and beverage assistance, and barista services. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/International Tourism and Hotel Management from Griffith University, completed in 2020, following a high school diploma from Mary Mackillop College.
