Georgia Withey

Georgia Withey serves as the People and Culture Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory at Downer since August 2022, following experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Urban Utilities and a People Business Partner at Frontiers. With a background in various HR roles at Veolia, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Georgia has extensive expertise in managing employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and implementing diversity initiatives. Georgia has also held HR management positions during secondments in Western Australia and Queensland, overseeing HR functions for large teams. Georgia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science from The University of Queensland and completed secondary education at Somerville House.
