Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma currently serves as the Head of Engineering Services for the Asset Management CoE at Downer, a position held since September 2019, where responsibilities include establishing engineering capabilities within the Health and Education contract portfolio and implementing financial forecast modeling to optimize asset management strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Asset Management & Engineering at BGIS, where Rohit established an Asset Management System and Policy aligned with ISO 55000, and Project Director for the Maintenance Management Program at Health Infrastructure, focusing on the management of maintenance activities. Rohit has also held various positions at Sodexo, including General Manager of Asset Management and CMMS Project Manager, responsible for deploying Asset Management strategies and frameworks. Rohit's early career includes consultancy roles and engineering management in multiple organizations, complemented by a Master of Technology in Cryogenic Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from REC Hamirpur.
