Thomas Richardson

Thomas Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the engineering and maintenance sectors. As General Manager at Downer since October 2024, Thomas leads operational aspects of the organization. Previously held various managerial roles at UGL from August 2019, including Operations Manager and Contract Manager, where responsibilities spanned fuels and engineering projects. Thomas spent a decade at Wood, culminating in the position of Maintenance Program Manager, overseeing a large team and key maintenance functions, as well as leading projects for Melbourne Water across multiple managerial roles. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Project Management from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Monash University.
