Don McClelland

Don McClelland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Don worked as a Head Custodian at Downers Grove School District 58 from April 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Full-time Substitute Custodian and Substitute Teacher at the same school district from January 2017 to April 2023. Don also served as a PT Night Custodian from November 2018 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, Don owned and designed for their own company, Don McClelland Designs, since 2000. Don also worked as a Manager at Sunflower Ranch Naperville from August 2022 to January 2023. Don has extensive experience in the creative field, having worked as a Creative Services Manager at Chicagoland Speedway from April 2005 to October 2015. Additionally, they held the position of Media Credentials Manager at Chicagoland Speedway and Route 66 Raceway during the same timeframe. Prior to that, Don worked as a Senior Art Director for the Chicago Wolves Hockey Team from April 1998 to April 2005. Don started their career as a Graphics Production Artist at The Design Agency from January 1996 to January 1998. Before that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at the Marketing Group from January 1995 to January 1996. Don's earliest work experience was as a Graphic Designer at Ulbrich of Illinois Stainless Steel from January 1991 to January 1995. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in graphic design, exhibition visuals, photography, and project management.

Don McClelland attended Bradley University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. During this time, they received an award for Fine Arts in the field of study of Graphic Design.
