Sheila Tetangco-Bartolone

Sheila Tetangco-Bartolone serves as the Executive Director/CEO of the Downey Foundation for Educational Opportunities since March 2021, leading initiatives that provide enriching programs for TK-8th grade students in the Downey Unified School District. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Community Engagement and Senior Director of Marketing at Financial Partners Credit Union, and Director of Marketing & Communications at Downey Federal Credit Union, along with positions in marketing management at Farmers Insurance Group Federal Credit Union and other financial institutions. Sheila's educational background includes a B.A. in English with a Minor in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
