Don Ross

Don Ross is currently the VP & Agent Legal Counsel at Downing-Frye Realty. Don has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, holding various positions such as broker, instructor, and president. Ross is a highly decorated real estate professional, holding certifications such as the ABR, CIPS, and GRI. Don has a long history of working in education, starting as a high school principal and then moving into real estate instruction. Ross is passionate about helping others succeed and is always looking for new ways to improve the real estate industry.

Don Ross earned their MA in School Leadership & Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Don also holds a degree in Education and English, and is certified in Reading.

Don Ross reports to Mike Hughes, General Manager & VP. They are on a team with Wendy Morell - Recruiting Manager, Andrew Clem - Director of Technology, and Pat Pitocchi - Director of Corporate Training.
