Pat Pitocchi

Pat Pitocchi has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Pat began their career as a high school principal before moving into broker sales. In 2009, they joined Amerivest Realty as a broker-associate and real estate instructor. Pat earned their ABR, Certified International Property Specialist, and GRI designation while at Amerivest. In 2011, they left Amerivest to join Realty Executives Signature as a broker. Pitocchi was with Realty Executives until 2012 when they became a corporate trainer with Weichert Realtors On the Gulf. In 2014, they served as the Naples Area Board of REALTORS President before joining Downing-Frye Realty as their Director of Corporate Training.

Pat Pitocchi received a MA in School Leadership & Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Pat also has a background in Education, English, and Reading.

Pat Pitocchi reports to Mike Hughes, General Manager & VP. They are on a team with Jerry Murphy - Managing Broker Bonita Springs-Estero, Andrew Clem - Director of Technology, and Don Ross - VP & Agent Legal Counsel.
