Tom Zupon

Tom Zupon, MBA, is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as an Associate Broker at Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. since January 2020. Previously, Tom founded and operated T O Zupon Construction & Development from October 2006 to January 2020, leveraging over 20 years of industry relationships. Tom also established Integrity Design & Build in the Greater St. Louis Area from September 2010 to December 2011 and owned CGI Silvercote, Inc. from May 1983 to July 2006, where insulation products were manufactured for the pre-engineered metal building market and sold through major retailers. Tom earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Selling and Sales Management from Bowling Green State University.
