Edmund Motley

Edmund Motley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial sector. Edmund began their career as an Intern at Marlborough Partners in 2011. Edmund then joined Crowe UK as a Qualified Chartered Accountant in 2012, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Terra Firma Capital Partners as an Executive and stayed with the company until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, Edmund worked at Foresight Group as a Manager - Private Equity. Edmund then joined Chrystal Capital Partners LLP in 2020 as an Investment Associate, before being promoted to the role of Associate Director in 2021. Currently, they are working as an Associate Director at Downing LLP, focusing on investing in operating businesses with long-term predictable revenue streams. Edmund Motley has a strong track record in building impactful businesses and values relationships with ambitious management teams.
