Arlene Fetterolf

Arlene Fetterolf holds an extensive background in IT support and web development, currently serving as IT Site Service Support for Downingtown Area School District since July 2014. Previous experience includes roles as Web Development Project Coordinator at Apollo Concepts, where responsibilities included updating client websites and coordinating custom animations, as well as Operations Analyst for Store Systems Support at Turkey Hill Minit Markets. Arlene has also gained valuable experience through an IT internship at East Lancaster County School District and as a Customer Service Representative at Sykes Asia Incorporated, where positive customer feedback was noted. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Network and Internet Professional from Berks Technical Institute, a Post Graduate degree in Entrepreneurial Management, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
