Caroline Duda, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Caroline is currently the Director of Human Resources at Downingtown Area School District since August 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Delaware County Intermediate Unit from January 2018 to August 2021.

Caroline also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Manheim Central School District from April 2014 to January 2018.
