Ceo Justin Brown M.a (He, Him, His)

Justin Brown M.A has extensive work experience in various organizations. Justin currently serves as an IDEA Practitioner at NASA, where they are responsible for evaluating the Inclusion Plans of scientific proposals. Prior to that, Justin was the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Downingtown Area School District. Justin is also the Creator and President of D.A.P. (Diversity Awareness Program), where they have facilitated over 1,500 programs on diversity and cultural awareness. Justin has also worked as the President and CEO of Onward and Upward, a college preparatory program, and has held positions in Student Affairs at West Chester University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have worked as a Tutor Counselor at Lincoln University and held various roles in Residence Life and Admissions at Slippery Rock University.

Justin Brown M.A, CEO, obtained a Master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. in Public Relations and Communications between 2007 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Justin also obtained a certification in Conflict Coaching from the Center for Resolutions Conflict Coaching in August 2013.
