Fran Fetscher

Fran Fetscher PMP has extensive experience in project management and medical technology. Currently, Fran serves as a Substitute Teacher at Downingtown Area School District since May 2018. Prior to this role, Fran was a Senior Project Manager at Penn Medicine from May 2014 to August 2015 and worked as a Project Manager at LifeScan from March 2004 to November 2013, overseeing the implementation of blood glucose analyzers in hospital settings. Fran's career began as a Medical Technologist at Paoli Memorial Hospital and included a significant position as Implementation Director at Siemens Healthcare, managing the installation of laboratory computer systems in hospitals nationwide. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Hahnemann College of Allied Health Professions, a BS in Medical Technology from Hahnemann University, and further studies at Rosemont College.
