Lynette Massey

Lynette Massey serves as a Program Manager and Youth Case Manager at Downriver Community Conference - MI Works since 2002, developing marketing campaigns for federally funded youth programs and providing life skills coaching. Lynette has overseen the implementation of the Paid Work Experience program, conducted outreach to disengaged youth, and managed daily operations of the Michworks! ES Center as a Career Development Facilitator/Site Coordinator. With a background as a Career Specialist, Lynette has facilitated job search workshops and supported both job seekers and employers. Lynette also has experience as an Academic Advisor at Macomb Community College. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications Management from Rochester Christian University.
