Frank Shi has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Frank most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Downs Energy starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Finance and Accounting at AMERICAN CONTRACT FURNITURE LLC from January 2018 to August 2020. Frank also worked as a Corporate Accounting Manager at International Vitamin Corporation from May 2015 to December 2017. Frank gained extensive experience as a Senior Accountant & Senior Financial Analyst at QTC Management/ Lockheed Martin Company from September 2006 to April 2015. Additionally, Frank held positions as an Accounting Manager at Worldwide Electrics from November 2003 to August 2006 and as a Staff Accountant at Nystrom & Co. CPA from May 2002 to October 2003.
Frank Shi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wuhan University of Technology in 1994. In 2002, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Willamette University.
