Lucas Aguilar has extensive experience in sales and business analysis, currently serving in various roles at Downs Food Group since September 2014, including International & Retail Sales, Sr. Business Analyst, and Sales Analyst. Previously, Lucas was the Sales & Event Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Hotel & Event Center, overseeing sales processes and event bookings. Lucas also worked at Office Max as a Ctrl Center Service Expert and Logistics, providing technical support and diagnostics. Early career experiences include coaching varsity soccer at Madelia Senior High School, instructing at a summer camp, and serving as a Sales Associate at Best Buy, where customer interaction and service were key responsibilities. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
