Cathleen Stadecker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently a Partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC since July 2010, Cathleen previously served as an Associate in the same group. Prior to this, Cathleen was an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from October 2005 to May 2010 and also held the position of Law Clerk for The Honorable Richard Owen at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from September 2004 to August 2005. Cathleen earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School (2004), a Master of Philosophy in Renaissance Literature from the University of Cambridge (1997), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Music from Columbia University (1996). Early education was completed at the Head Royce School (1989).
