Harry Fell is an experienced network engineer at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, responsible for network design, telecommunications management, security, mobile device management, forensic data recovery support, video conferencing, and special projects since March 1998. Additionally, Harry has served as a Hazardous Materials Technician on the Vermont State Hazardous Materials Response Team since 2007, providing technological support and responding to HazMat incidents statewide. Past roles include serving as a CPR Driver with Colchester Rescue from January 2014 to January 2020 and working as an on-call firefighter for the Winooski Fire Department from 1992 to 2008, where Harry achieved Firefighter II and Fire Instructor 1 certifications. Earlier experience includes a position as a Network Administrator at Cellular One. Harry holds an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Champlain College, attended University College Cork from 1987 to 1989.
