The current leadership team at Downtown Chamber have a wide range of experience in different aspects of customer service and management. The team is led by an Executive Director who has previously worked in sales and guest experiences at Living History Farms and the Des Moines Art Center. The team also consists of a Visitor Experience Manager and a Guest Experience Associate, both of whom have worked in customer service for various companies. The team's education histories are also diverse, with degrees in Interdisciplinary Leadership, Marketing, and Human Resources.
