The Leadership Team at Downtown College Prep is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the organization. This team, comprising the CEO, Managing Directors of Schools and Academics, and the COO, collaborates to enhance student outcomes, drive academic excellence, and oversee all administrative functions to support the mission of preparing first-generation college students for success.
