He has experience in overseeing operations, managing staff, improving organizational productivity, and providing leadership in different government entities. With a background in emergency management training and specialized training in psychotraumatology, Jeremy has also played roles in customer service, transportation operations, and human resources. His diverse experience spans from serving as a mayor to managing public transportation systems and responding to critical incidents.

DTSM, Inc. manages the Property-based Business Assessment District bounded by Ocean Avenue to the west, Wilshire Boulevard to the north, Lincoln Boulevard to the east and the Santa Monica Freeway to the south.
