Rachel Lackmann

Rachel Lackmann serves as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Downtown SLO since April 2021, following a role as Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Prior experience includes Design Director at San Luis Obispo Children's Museum, where responsibilities encompassed creating digital and print artwork for exhibits and events. Rachel also operated as a Freelance Graphic Designer and an Etsy Shop Owner, developing customized graphics and handmade embroidery pieces. Additional experience includes serving as a Web Development Teaching Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and holding a Visual Marketing role at Follett Higher Education. Rachel Lackmann earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication with a concentration in Web and Digital Media from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2020.
