Beth Bergeron

Beth Bergeron has a strong work experience spanning several companies. Beth started working at GE in 2002 as a Black Belt, a role they held until 2006. After that, they transitioned to MedPro Group, where they served as an IT Leader/Application Development Manager from 2006 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Beth held the position of Process Leader & Division Operations Leader at MedPro Group before becoming the Organizational Change Management & Quality Assurance Leader in 2018 and leaving in 2019. Currently, Beth works at DOXA Insurance Holdings, where they began as Vice President of Operations in 2019 and was later promoted to Sr. VP, Operations & Technology in March 2022.

Beth Bergeron has a strong educational background. Beth obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati, which they attended from 1988 to 1993. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne, from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Beth has also obtained two certifications. In 2004, they became a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from GE Capital. Furthermore, in January 2018, they completed the Certified DISC Behavior Analyst program offered by Data Dome, Inc.
