Javier Rivera

Javier Rivera has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Javier is currently working as the VP of Implementations at Doxim, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Javier served as the Director of Operations at Striata from February 2019 to September 2020.

From October 2015 to February 2019, Javier worked at MDSL as a Technical Operations Manager, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of a distributed software team and coordinated with stakeholders globally to prioritize and deliver development projects across multiple regions.

Before joining MDSL, Javier was employed at TravelClick from February 2014 to September 2015. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Application Support Manager - Channel Management, Application Team Lead, and .NET Developer. In these roles, Javier managed a technical support team, prioritized and validated technical issue case loads, coordinated with customer service managers globally, coordinated development efforts, and provided technical specifications.

From September 2007 to July 2012, Javier worked as a Programmer Analyst II at FIS, where they led a team of programmers and achieved high levels of target issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Javier began their career as an IT Administrator at Palm State Title, Inc from April 2006 to August 2007, where they developed and maintained an IT infrastructure and handled day-to-day issue resolution for web-based title insurance software.

Prior to their role at Palm State Title, Inc, Javier worked as a Software Developer at Metavante from August 2004 to March 2006, where they migrated software and piloted a new generation of banking software on-site with banks.

Javier Rivera has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
