Scott Biel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career as a Customer Service Representative at DuPont in the Printing & Publishing division. Scott then joined Unisource Canada as a Business Development Manager in the Graphic Arts sales group. At Unisource, they started as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to an outside sales role, where they sold to both existing customers and new clients.

In 1999, Scott moved to TC Transcontinental Printing's Direct Marketing division as an Account Executive, focusing on growing variable-data-driven (VDP) 1to1 marketing programs and print on demand (POD) sales. Scott then joined St. Joseph Communications as the Director of Sales in the Enterprise Print & Transactional Document Solutions, where they achieved significant year-over-year sales growth in the Canadian Financial Services industry.

Scott's next career move was to Clixx Direct Marketing Inc., where they served as the Vice President of Business Development. Scott played a crucial role in expanding the business and entering the regulatory transactional document communications market. Clixx was eventually sold to Cenveo, and Scott transitioned to Market Connections Inc., further building on their relationship with Clixx.

At Market Connections, Scott joined as a Partner and later became the Senior Vice President. Scott guided the company's growth, especially in the Canadian Financial Services industry, and played a significant role in managing the overall business, driving revenue growth, and developing new products and service offerings. Scott successfully sold and onboarded leading banks and wealth management firms in Canada.

Scott currently holds the position of SVP of Sales, North American Financial Services, at Doxim. With an expanded customer communication management offering, Doxim provides technology-driven front and back-office solutions to enhance customer engagement and optimize operational efficiency. Scott's role includes overseeing sales operations and driving growth in the North American Financial Services industry.

Scott Biel attended Erindale Secondary School from 1982 to 1986. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Toronto from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing & Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Sports Marketing at George Brown College, which they completed in 1991.
