Pearce W. Fleming

Pearce W. Fleming, Jr., FACHE, is currently the Regional Vice President at Doximity, where they engage with over 200 healthcare organizations. Previously, Pearce served as President of StayWell, overseeing operations, implementation, and client services. They held significant leadership roles at Trident Medical Center and The Advisory Board Company, where they managed extensive operational functions and contributed to substantial revenue growth. Pearce has also been involved in the brewery industry as the proprietor of Commonhouse Aleworks, reflecting their diverse interests. Pearce earned a Master's in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a BA in Government and Business Economics from Wofford College.
