Video Editor / Motion Designer at Doximity

Spencer Sabo has a range of work experience in the field of video editing and motion design. They began their career as a Pre-Production Intern at Through The Lens Entertainment™ in 2016, followed by an Assistant Editing Internship at Infinite Frameworks Studios later that year. Spencer then gained hands-on experience as a Junior Video Editor at TV One Productions in 2017, where they created commercial content using the Adobe Suite and worked closely with clients to maintain brand messaging.

In 2018, Spencer joined GoodSport as a Video Editor/Shooter, where they handled multiple projects simultaneously and collaborated with teams to create short-form documentary content. Their responsibilities involved ingesting, converting, and syncing footage, as well as creating assembly cuts and finalizing polished pieces.

Spencer also worked as a Freelance Video Professional, primarily as a Video Editor, Videographer, and Motion Designer. Notably, they played a crucial role in managing the US Open Official YouTube channel in 2019, with responsibilities including editing match highlights, uploading content, and managing analytics. The channel achieved significant growth in subscribers and views compared to previous years.

More recently, Spencer joined vineyard vines in 2019 as a Video Editor/Motion Designer. In this role, they have been contributing to video editing and motion design projects. Currently, they are working as a Video Editor/Motion Designer at Doximity, starting in December 2022.

Spencer Sabo attended Emerson College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied film. Spencer then transferred to Temple University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Post Production - Film from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Spencer obtained a certification in Blender Essential Training from Lynda.com in June 2017.
