Francis Lapierre

Francis Lapierre is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and project management, currently serving as the Responsable développement des ventes en ligne at Doyon Després since October 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Novatize as a Conseiller eCommerce and Stratège Place de marché from April 2021 to October 2024, and at Créapub Design as a Chargé de projets / Intégrateur Web from February 2019 to March 2021. Additionally, Francis held customer service positions at EXFO and communication advisory roles with the Gouvernement du Québec. Leadership experience includes co-directing the 23rd Salon des communications at Université Laval. Academic credentials include a Baccalauréat in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Université Laval, completed in 2017.
