Koushani Sinha Roy

Koushani Sinha Roy has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2014. Koushani began their career as a Summer Intern at TVS Motor Company in 2014. In 2017, they moved to Prestige Group, Bangalore, where they were an Executive Talent Management and Development. Koushani then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Zeta Suite from 2019 to 2021, before becoming an HR Specialist - Performance Management at LeadSquared in 2021. Currently, they are an HR Manager - COE at Dozee since 2022.

Koushani Sinha Roy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2015 to 2017. Koushani also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the Institute of Engineering and Management, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they hold an Employee Experience Certification from People Matters, which they obtained in July 2020, and an Employee Engagement Coach Practitioner from Coaching Studies Academy, which they obtained in July 2021.
