Erin Stephenson

Erin Stephenson has had a varied career in Human Resources and Business Development. Erin began their career in 2005 as an Employment Coordinator at Petro-Canada, where they managed and administered recruitment needs for the Sales & Marketing and Corporate departments. In 2006, they moved to Research In Motion, where they held two roles: OD Support Specialist and Recruitment Specialist. In 2013, Erin co-founded The Farm, a family business providing the local community with fresh, sustainable, affordable, and pesticide free vegetables delivered to their door. In 2014, Erin moved to Forestell Designed Landscapes as Manager of Human Resources & Franchise Development. Since 2015, they have been Co-Founder & COO/CMO at DOZR, where they are responsible for leading the execution of the organization's business strategy and marketing efforts. Her expertise lies in digital marketing, operational strategy, leadership development, and talent management.

Erin Stephenson attended the University of Guelph from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing Management. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Sheridan College and completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended Lakefield College School from 1996 to 1999.
